This project includes the removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete pavement and curb and gutter at various locations on Chester Drive between Landwehr Road and Miller Drive. The construction contract for this project has been awarded to Schroeder & Schroeder Inc. of Skokie, Illinois.

This project will be completed in six (6) stages (see Construction Staging Plan below). Each stage is estimated to last between 7 and 10 days, weather permitting. During construction of all six (6) stages, only one way eastbound traffic will be permitted on Chester Drive. Westbound traffic will be detoured to Miller Drive. Access to homes via driveways will be interrupted for approximately 7 to 10 days while construction staging/work is occuring in front of the driveways. Parking will be limited. On street parking will be allowed in designated areas.
