Schroeder & Schroeder (contractor) has completed Stage 6 (final stage) of the concrete replacement project. Late this week or early next week, Schroeder & Schroeder is scheduled to begin parkway restoration.

Next week, Schroeder & Schroeder (contractor) will start work on Stage 6 (final stage) of the concrete replacement project. The south side of Chester Drive from Landwehr Road to #4119 Chester (at Miller Drive intersection) will be closed for seven days while the pavement is replaced. Residents are being asked to park east of #4119 Chester Drive or on Miller Drive.

Residents are being asked to park on the north side of Chester Drive east of #3943 Chester Drive during this stage. Parking will also be allowed on Miller Drive and Willow Lane.
